|Recommended: YesExceptional Place — We moved in about a year ago and it has been an amazing place. For the price and the quality you get is great. If you put in a request for something it can be expected to be fixed very quickly. All equipment has worked properly as it is supposed to. It is at a good location in Springfield. Not really anything to complain about.

|Recommended: YesI have lived in the Quail Ridge Apartments and Townhomes since 2013 they are very spacious and roomie. They are pet friendly and if uou have kids they are close to schools and shopping. 3 pools and laundry room, and exercise room on site there's also a play ground for the kids.

|Recommended: YesI have lived here for 4 years and really enjoy it. There are multiple pools for fun in the summer. The neighborhood is quiet and I love walking my dog through it. The staff are friendly and helpful. And maintenance is quick to respond. The fitness center is definitely a plus.

The price is a good deal, considering how fast and attentive the maintenance team is with any requests. The amenities are a huge plus, offering a lot of extra value and convenience. This place really feels like home, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to live.

|Recommended: YesMy roommate and I have rented from Quail Ridge Townhomes for over a year now, and it has been my most pleasant renting experience EVER The staff is extremely attentive, kind, and accommodating. We have had zero problems with pests, maintenance, or neighbors. Anytime a maintenance issue has arisen, it was taken care of swiftly and without any difficulty on our end. Along with this, the office staff is fantastic about communicating any property-wide maintenance--they provide plenty of warning and always give us time to be prepared. We have come to love our neighbors and the little community here, as everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. This property is very family-friendly, however, it is also an extremely affordable option for college students like myself
